Neurodivergent Teen Group

In partnership with Mental Gains, our Neurodivergent Teen Group meets every Friday to provide a fun and inclusive space for teens aged 13-19. This group is all about connection and creativity, with a focus on activities like playing Dungeons & Dragons, watching movies, and exploring a variety of board games. It's a great opportunity for teens to build friendships, express themselves, and enjoy shared interests in a supportive and understanding environment.       Monthly Groups

Family Support Group

Our monthly family Support Group offers a safe, welcoming space for parents and other family members of neurodivergent individuals to connect, share experiences, and find support. Each month, we gather to discuss challenges, celebrate wins, and exchange resources that make a difference in our families' lives. Refreshments are provided to make it a relaxing evening, and complimentary childcare is available so parents can focus fully on connecting with others who understand. Join us to build community, gain insights, and find encouragement as we navigate this journey together. You’re not alone come find your village here! For more information or to register, please email us at firststepscfa@gmail.com

Neurodivergent Adult Connect

Join us on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6 PM for our Neurodivergent Adult Connect Group. This group offers a welcoming space for neurodivergent adults ages 18 and over to connect, share experiences, and find support among peers who understand the unique challenges and strengths of being neurodivergent. Whether you're seeking advice, friendship, or simply a place to be yourself, this group is here for you. Together, we foster a sense of community and empowerment in a safe and inclusive environment.
