NW Senior and Disability Services
We are a local intergovernmental agency serving seniors and adults with physical disabilities in five Oregon counties: Clatsop, Marion, Polk, Tillamook, and Yamhill.
FACT Oregon empowers families and transforms how communities perceive disability. Our peer support, training, and resources equip and empower families, transform how they see disability, and help them have high expectations and dream big dreams for their children. We draw on the lived experience of our team, many themselves parents of youth experiencing disability, and call out the critically important role of parent/caregiver as a child’s number one fan and advocate.
NW Regional ESD- Early Intervention Program
Our Early Learning programs support children, families and childcare providers. Our Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education programs focus on children ages birth to 5 who are experiencing disabilities. These programs work with children and families who live in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties.
We also operate three programs that support childcare providers and families in Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties. Our Child Care Resource and Referral program works to strengthen the skills of childcare providers and builds childcare capacity in the region. The Northwest Parenting Hub offers classes and support to parents and families. Our Early Learning Hub works to ensure children are ready for kindergarten.
